"We were referred to Greg Phillips from a friend when we decided to purchase a condo in the San Diego area. Greg is an amazing real estate agent. We would not have been able to purchase the condo that was our first choice if not for his efforts and expertise. Although we are not first time home buyers, we were not familiar with the San Diego real estate market since we live in the Torrance area. We advised him of the reason behind our purchase, estimated budget, type of housing and locations.
He was very responsive and communicative through phone calls, texts and e-mail. The first week after our initial discussion, Greg started recommending places meeting our criteria even though he was on vacation with his family. He continued working with us after giving us the keys when we had some additional questions regarding our unit and recommendations for possible vendors for work we are considering to our unit.
Greg is a genuinely great person. He is super friendly, very responsive and easy to talk to. He truly cared about us as people rather than clients. We feel like we have known him for a long time and consider him to be a friend. He even told my daughter that she could contact him if she had any questions once she moved in and started classes at UCSD. We were quite pleased with being introduced to Greg and having him represent us for this purchase.
