As a specialist of the San Diego County Coastal real estate market, I focus on bringing real estate buyers and sellers together. The focus is mainly on Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Cardiff, Encinitas, La Jolla, Carmel Valley, Ocean Beach and Pacific Beach.
I constantly study real estate and economic trends to help clients make educated and informed decisions. I also love to learn and I am continually studying negotiation and marketing strategies, sales psychology, and technology trends.

I was exposed to buying, selling and investing very early in life. I grew up helping my late Father remodel his investment properties and dreamed of one day, owning my own real estate portfolio. In 1995, I purchased and remodeled my first house. I was hooked! Dozens of properties and tens of million dollars in transactions later, I now share my passion and knowledge by helping clients realize their own real estate dreams.
Before I transitioned full-time to real estate, I thrived in the TV news business as Emmy award-winning Investigative Reporter and News Anchor in television markets across the country, including Los Angeles San Diego. I was fortunate enough to win more than 50 awards for excellence including 13 Emmy’s and the coveted Edward R. Murrow Award for investigative reporting. Eventually, my passion for real estate called me home. Today, I have the same drive for excellence, utilizing my marketing and negotiation skills as well as critical market knowledge, to create optimum results for my clients.
My wife Melissa and I love living, working, and playing in Solana Beach along with our 12-year-old son, 8-year-old daughter, and 2-year-old mutt Charlie
